Welcome to Cabin In Deschutes Retreat – our mission is to give you rest. Like the doe who comes to lay her fawns down right outside the window, you will also feel that this is a haven where anxieties float away in the morning mists. Cozy up to a book on the sunny deck, and watch the squirrels teach their young how to leap from tree to tree. Walk on beds of conifer needles to Deschutes National Forest, just ten minutes away. Kitchenette, queen-sized adjustable bed, the loft with Japanese floor mattress, broadband & BBQ are there for your convenience, but this is more than just a private access cabin for winter wonder and summer adventure, this is tranquility. It is a campfire to calm you, a stunning sunset to inspire you… a home. After dark, you will hear a concert of silence, embellished by the occasional call of the Boreal Owl. It allures you into the night sky, circled by towering Ponderosa Pines – literal guardians of the galaxy above you – shielding the Milky Way from every vestige of urban light, framing its splendor.

Welcome to our spacious guest suite, where comfort meets style. Unwind in the cozy bedroom, tastefully designed with soothing sage tones, and enjoy a restful night's sleep in a queen bed. A glass sliding door provides a view of the surrounding trees and captivating sunsets.

UNWIND IN OUR SPACIOUS BEDROOM

Your stay is made even more convenient with a separate entrance for ultimate privacy and easy check-in using our secure lock box. The main bedroom and attached bathroom are exclusively designed for our cherished guests, offering a serene retreat with a modern design.

In the kitchenette you'll find everything you need for a satisfying breakfast or snack, including a microwave, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. We provide coffee and all the fixings, so you can enjoy a warm cup of joe while taking in the beautiful view of the surrounding pines. While we don't have a stove or range, you'll find everything else you need to heat up meals.
