Our Policies and Terms: Your Guide to a Smooth Stay

Check In/Out Procedures

• Check in time is after 3pm. Check out time is 12:00 pm.

• Please do not strip bedding or sheets; leave linens on bed. Pile dirty towels.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. The cancellation fee will be in accordance with the Airbnb policy, as stipulated by their guidelines.

Lost & Found

Cabin in Deschutes Retreat is not responsible for your lost, damaged or stolen property. We are willing to return items you may have left, but you must contact us, and will be asked to pay a post fees taken to return items left.

Rental Policies

• NO SMOKING in home.

• Please note, Deschutes County may issue a ban on Outdoor Fires at any time.

• PET POLICY: Please keep your furry friends OFF of beds and furniture and don’t let them run free or leave them alone in house. Clean up yard, put poops in outside trash can. Wipe feet as necessary

• 11pm to 7am is a quiet time

• Home uses well water. For drinking purposes, we kindly recommend using bottled water.

• Any equipment offered is accepted by you at your own risk.
